A space clearing typically takes 3-5 hours and can be done in person or at a distance with simply drawn floor plans. The amount of time it takes depends on the size of the space and how much I find to clear. 

The price ($295) is intended for a single-family home. If your space is much larger (multi family home) or smaller (dorm room, storage space, one bedroom apartment), then I can give you a quote tailored to your needs. Travel is included for in-person space clearings within 25 miles of Hartford Connecticut. For space clearings outside of that range, additional travel expenses may be discussed during the consultation. Space clearing can help with:
